Standard Cleaning

Standard Cleaning is designed for occupied homes that are maintained on a regular basis. This service focuses on routine upkeep and surface-level cleaning to maintain a clean, orderly living environment.

Standard Cleaning typically includes:

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, sinks, appliance exteriors, and countertops
Cleaning bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, mirrors, and exterior cabinet surfaces
Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces in bedrooms and living areas
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Emptying trash receptacles

Standard Cleaning does not include deep scrubbing of heavily soiled areas, interior appliance cleaning, inside cabinets or closets, wall washing, or removal of excessive buildup. Homes requiring additional time or detail may need a Deep Cleaning service.

Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning is a more detailed service intended for homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, have visible buildup, or require extra attention beyond routine maintenance.

Deep Cleaning builds upon Standard Cleaning and may include:

Detailed cleaning of kitchen and bathroom surfaces with additional scrubbing
Removal of buildup from sinks, fixtures, tubs, and showers
Cleaning of baseboards, doors, and high-touch areas
Interior cleaning of appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves (when selected)
Enhanced dusting and detailing of accessible areas

Deep Cleaning requires additional time and labor compared to Standard Cleaning. Results may vary based on the condition of the home at the time of service. Excessive buildup, damage, or areas not reasonably accessible may be excluded.

Move-Out / Move-In Cleaning

Move-Out / Move-In Cleaning is designed for empty or mostly empty homes and is intended to prepare a property for new occupancy, sale, or inspection.

This service typically includes:

Thorough cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
Cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces of cabinets and drawers (when empty)
Interior cleaning of appliances
Vacuuming and mopping all floors
Dusting of baseboards, doors, trim, and accessible fixtures
Removal of remaining trash

The home must be free of personal belongings and furniture prior to service. This service does not include junk removal, hazardous waste removal, or cleaning requiring specialty equipment unless explicitly added.

All services are subject to the condition of the home at the time of service. Additional time, services, or fees may apply if the scope of work exceeds what is described above. Final service determinations are made at the discretion of the cleaning team based on safety, accessibility, and reasonable working conditions.
