These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Turnover Experts LLC (“Turnover Experts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Turnover Experts, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Turnover Experts provides professional cleaning and turnover services, including but not limited to short-term rental turnover cleaning, residential cleaning (one-time and recurring), deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, laundry and linen services where applicable, inventory management, restocking services, and approved add-on services.

The scope of work is defined by the service selected at booking and any approved add-ons. Services are performed using standardized checklists unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

SCHEDULING AND SERVICE WINDOWS:

All services are scheduled within a service window, not a guaranteed arrival time. Standard service windows typically fall between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Same-day or priority services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Turnover Experts reserves the right to adjust service times due to weather conditions, access issues, safety concerns, or operational needs.

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. This includes providing valid entry codes, keys, parking instructions, and ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are active.

If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time, the service may be canceled or treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees may apply.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS:

Pricing is based on property size, service type, condition of the property, and selected add-on services. Final pricing is confirmed at booking or through an approved quote.

Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations, denied access, or lockouts may be charged up to the full service amount.

Repeated cancellations may require prepayment or result in refusal of future service.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

Turnover Experts provides professional cleaning services but does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy wear, damage, or conditions beyond normal cleaning standards.

Services do not include mold remediation, pest control, biohazard cleanup, or construction debris removal unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Excessive buildup or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or service refusal.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RE-SERVICE POLICY:

Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Where appropriate, Turnover Experts may offer a re-service at its discretion.

Re-services do not apply to issues caused by activity after cleaning, changes in access, or expectations outside the agreed scope of work.

INVENTORY, LINENS, AND SUPPLIES:

Inventory management and linen services are provided based on the plan selected by the Client. Turnover Experts is not responsible for missing, damaged, or depleted items not supplied or approved by us.

Inventory counts, restocking thresholds, and linen quantities must be agreed upon in advance.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Turnover Experts exercises reasonable care while performing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, unsecured valuables, or items not disclosed prior to service.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported with documentation. Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment. Turnover Experts reserves the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions exist, aggressive animals are present, or illegal activity is observed.

Fees may still apply in these circumstances.

PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTATION:

For quality control and operational purposes, Turnover Experts may take photos or videos before, during, or after service. These materials are used internally and may be shared with the Client. No identifying content will be used for marketing without consent.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Client and Turnover Experts.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:

Turnover Experts reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to non-payment, repeated cancellations, misrepresentation of property conditions, or abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Texas.

UPDATES TO TERMS:

Turnover Experts may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
